About Michael Gajewski

Born and raised in Poland, Michael’s passion for aviation grew naturally from his early interest in automotive engineering and the mechanics of motion. This curiosity soon extended into the world of flying, leading him to begin his journey as a student and private pilot in a local aeroclub.
Michael holds formal education in aviation with a specialization in piloting, complemented by a law degree. Before entering the aviation industry professionally, he gained valuable experience working in his family’s business, which helped shape his strong sense of responsibility, independence, and a client-focused approach that later became a defining element of his aviation career.
He earned his first pilot license in 2012 and initially flew across Poland on small single-engine aircraft. Over time, his operations expanded beyond national borders, taking him throughout Europe and North America. What began as local flying gradually evolved into international ferry operations, including transatlantic flights — missions that require detailed preparation, adaptability, and a strong emphasis on safety, and which became some of the most defining experiences of his professional path.
Alongside his operational flying, Michael built a solid career as a flight instructor within EASA-approved flight training organisations in Poland. He delivered training at both basic and advanced levels, from ab initio students to commercial and multi-engine pilots. His instructional approach is deliberately individualised, focusing on practical flying skills, effective decision-making under time pressure, and developing confidence rather than tension in the cockpit. By adapting training methods to each student’s personality and learning style, he helped future pilots not only meet regulatory standards but also truly understand real-world flying.
Parallel to his instructional work, Michael developed a strong international profile as a ferry pilot, operating aircraft across Europe and the Americas for private, business, and corporate clients. His combined experience as an instructor and ferry pilot allows him to approach each flight with a structured mindset, while remaining flexible in dynamic and unfamiliar operational environments.
Known for his adaptable, client-oriented approach and his reliability in fulfilling entrusted tasks, Michael continues to advance his career with a focus on precision, safety, and professionalism. Above all, aviation gives him the opportunity to meet new people and build long-lasting relationships — an aspect of flying that he values as highly as the flying itself.
